1. About us

These terms apply to all bookings made with Park The Bus Football Tours Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, registered office Great Portland Street 167-169, London, W1W 5PF, GB, whether booked directly via our website or through a third-party booking channel (e.g. Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor).

2. Our tours

We currently offer:

  • London Premier League Football Photos & Club Shops Tour — a guided coach sightseeing tour visiting the exteriors of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Emirates Stadium, and Stamford Bridge, including time at each club shop. Minimum age 8. Meets Kings Cross, ends Victoria.
  • Ted lasso - The Complete AFC Richmond Experience Tour — a guided coach tour visiting Selhurst Park, Hayes & Yeading United FC,  and the Richmond area. Minimum age 10. Meets Victoria, ends Victoria.

Stadium visits are exterior only. No stadium tours, stadium/museum entry, or match tickets are included in either tour unless explicitly stated at time of booking.

Hayes & Yeading pitch-side access is provided as part of a group tour alongside other guests — it is not a private or exclusive-use visit.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment, processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or the relevant third-party booking channel. Prices shown are per person and may vary by age category and booking channel. All bookings are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations and refunds

We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before your tour date. Cancellations made 7–14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to minimum numbers booked and circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure, below), in which case we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Age restrictions and conduct

Age minimums apply as stated in Section 2. All minors must be accompanied by a paying adult. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or continued participation to any guest whose behaviour endangers the safety or enjoyment of other guests or our guide.

6. Itinerary and timing

Tours run approximately 9:00am–5:00pm and follow the route and stops described at time of booking. Timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend the order or duration of stops where necessary, without reducing the overall value of the experience.

7. late arrivals

Tours depart promptly at 9am from the advertised meeting point. We are unable to wait for late arrivals, as doing so would delay the tour for all other guests and disrupt the day's schedule.

If you arrive after the coach has departed, or fail to arrive at all, no refund will be given, and we are unable to offer a replacement tour, partial refund, or credit for a missed departure.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

8. What's not included

Stadium/museum entry, match tickets, food and drink, merchandise, and hotel pickup are not included unless stated otherwise.

9. Liability and insurance

We hold public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the tour, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic delays, adverse weather, or third-party venue restrictions.

10. Photography

Photos or video may be taken during the tour by our guide or staff for marketing purposes. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let your guide know at the start of the tour.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern during the tour, please raise it with your guide at the time so we can try to resolve it immediately. For anything unresolved, contact us at info@parkthebusfootballtours.com within 30 days of your tour date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
