Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Park The Bus Football Tours Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through our website and bookings. Contact us at info@parkthebusfootballtours.com with any privacy questions.
2. What we collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone number, number of guests, ages of children (where child pricing applies)
- Payment details: processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details
- Website data: cookies and analytics data such as pages visited and device type
- Correspondence: emails or messages you send us
- Accessibility or health information: only if you share it with us so we can advise on tour suitability
3. How we use it
We use your data to manage your booking, run the tour, take payment, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal obligations (such as accounting records). If you opt in, we may also send you occasional marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent (marketing, health information), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only where needed to provide our services: our booking platform (Bokun), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), website host (Bokun), and accounting software (Xero). If you book through Viator or GetYourGuide, they act as a data controller under their own privacy policies. We never sell your data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Health or accessibility information is deleted after your tour.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function and, with your consent, analytics cookies to help us improve it. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or via our cookie banner.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website, with the date above.
