- Booking details (tour date, number of guests, ages where relevant to age-restricted tours)
- Payment information, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal — we do not store your card details ourselves

4. Who we share it with

- Bókun, our booking and website platform, to manage and process your reservation
- Stripe and PayPal, to process payment
- Booking channels you book through directly (e.g. Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor), who will hold your information under their own privacy policies
- Our accountant/bookkeeping software (Xero) and bank (Monzo Business) for financial administration
- Our insurer, if required in connection with a claim
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. International transfers
Some of the services we use (such as Bókun, Stripe, or PayPal) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain booking and transaction data for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations (typically 6 years), and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

8. Children's data
Our Ted Lasso Filming Locations Tour has a minimum age of 10, and our Premier League tour a minimum age of 8; bookings for minors are made by a parent or guardian, who provides the necessary information on the child's behalf.
