Logistics

We provide bespoke tours tailored specifically for the convenience and schedule of your team. Our flexible service includes pickups from airports, hotels or ports with direct transfers to stadiums and training sites.

We accommodate complex itineraries, including varying arrival points and coordinated routing for groups staying across multiple nearby locations.

Our coach fleet

We have varying sizes of transport to accommodate your group size. All are comfortable, luxury air-conditioned vehicles.

- 19-seater
Best for small private groups, family bookings, small sports teams

- 34-41 seater mid-size coach
Best for growing groups, sports clubs, smaller school groups

- 53-seater
Best for large school groups, corporate outings, large sports/fan tours

Pickup & drop-off

Pickup and drop-off points are set around your group's base, not a fixed public meeting point:
Any London hotel where possible or hotel cluster
Cruise terminal or port for shore excursions
Airport or rail station for arrival/departure-day tours
Different pickup and drop-off locations on the same tour
Multiple pickup points for multi-hotel groups (confirm at quote stage)

Group size & scheduling

Group size from a small private party up to 50 passengers on our largest coach
Half day or full day, morning or afternoon start
Timing built around flight arrivals, match schedules or other program commitments
All tours booked in advance. No walk-up or fixed public departures
We advise to book at least 28 days in advance. Peak periods (summer, school holidays, around major matches) benefit from earlier booking.
