1. The contract
These terms apply to all bookings with Park The Bus Football Tours Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party. Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Viator or GetYourGuide) are also subject to that platform's own terms.
2. Booking and payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation by email. Please check it carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
3. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and per person. The price includes everything listed under "What's Included" for your chosen tour. It does not include stadium tours, stadium or museum entry, match tickets, food and drink, merchandise, hotel pickup, or anything else not listed as included.
4. Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the tour date: full refund
- 7 to 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the tour date: no refund
Cancellations must be made in writing by email, or through the platform you booked with. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation.
5. Cancellation or changes by us
Each tour requires a minimum number of bookings to operate. If a tour does not reach the minimum, or we must cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Where a tour is cancelled, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
6. Itinerary changes
Routes, timings, and stops may change due to traffic, road closures, weather, matchday operations, or venue availability. Access to specific locations (including club shops and Hayes & Yeading FC on the Ted Lasso tour) depends on the venues and may occasionally be restricted at short notice. Where a significant advertised element cannot be delivered, we will provide a suitable alternative where possible. No refund is due for minor itinerary changes.
7. What the tour does and does not include
Our tours visit stadium exteriors and club shops. They do not include inside stadium access unless individually specified, stadium tours, museum entry, match tickets, or player access. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any football club, the Premier League, Apple TV, or Warner Bros.
8. Age requirements
- Premier League London Stadium Tour: child pricing applies to ages 8 to 15.
- Ted Lasso Filming Locations Tour: minimum age 10. Guests under 10 cannot be admitted.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Age-based pricing may be verified at check-in.
9. Punctuality
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The coach cannot wait for late arrivals, and no refund is due if you miss the departure or fail to rejoin the coach at any stop by the stated time.
10. Conduct
We may refuse travel or remove from the tour, without refund, any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or affects the enjoyment of others. Alcohol may not be consumed on the coach.
11. Health and accessibility
Tours involve walking on pavements and public areas and getting on and off a coach. Please tell us about any mobility or accessibility needs at the time of booking so we can advise whether the tour is suitable.
12. Personal belongings
Belongings left on the coach, including club shop purchases, are left at your own risk. Please keep valuables with you.
13. Our liability
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for your booking. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, industrial action, road closures, venue closures, or the acts of third parties.
14. Photography
Photos and video may occasionally be taken on tours for marketing purposes. Please tell your guide at the start of the tour if you do not wish to appear.
15. Complaints
If you have a problem during the tour, please tell your guide immediately so we can try to fix it on the day. Any unresolved complaint should be emailed to us within 28 days of the tour date.
16. Data protection
We process your personal data in line with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy, and only use it to manage your booking and provide the tour.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
