The Complete Ted Lasso AFC Richmond Experience

8 hours

Easy

Ted Lasso - The complete AFC Richmond experience. Visit all the major locations behind the show: from a legendary South London stadium to the streets of Richmond and access inside the actual training ground.
This is the complete AFC Richmond experience, and the only group tour that takes you inside the real training ground. Ted Lasso's world is spread across London, from Richmond in the west to Selhurst Park in the south, and this tour joins it all together in one comfortable coach day with no Tube maps, no taxis and no guesswork. While other tours stop at Richmond Green, we go further. You will stand pitchside at Hayes & Yeading United FC, the real AFC Richmond training ground, taking photos at the Home End and players' entrance where the cast filmed the show's most beloved scenes. You will see Selhurst Park, the real Nelson Road. Then you will have free time in Richmond itself to find Ted's front door, the Prince's Head pub and the "Believe" of it all. Led by a qualified London guide and lifelong football expert, this is the tour Ted Lasso fans didn't know they needed until they're standing in it.

    What to bring

Wear comfortable shoes. Richmond is a joy to explore on foot, but you'll be walking across Richmond Green, along Paved Court, and around the Hayes & Yeading ground — so leave the dress shoes at the hotel.

Dress for the British weather. London in summer can be glorious. It can also be overcast and drizzly within the same afternoon. A light waterproof layer is always worth having, and if it's a sunny day you won't regret bringing sunscreen.

Bring your phone or camera. You'll want it. From the home end shed at Hayes & Yeading to Ted's front door on Paved Court, there are photo opportunities throughout the day that Ted Lasso fans will not want to miss.

Bring some spending money. The Official Ted Lasso Store on Paved Court is a must for any superfan, and lunch in Richmond is your own treat. Also you'll have time to visit the club shops at Selhurst Park and Hayes & Yeading. There's no pressure to spend anything, but you'll probably want to.

Leave the big suitcase behind. There is limited luggage space on the coach. A small daypack or bag is ideal — something you can carry comfortably during your free time in Richmond.
